‘The loneliest volcano in Alaska’ sounds like a particularly syrupy Disney film, a disaster movie with a heart of gold and a message that will move hardened volcanologists to tears. It is in fact the title of a very interesting article in the Alaska Dispatch, all about Mount Prindle, which is in eastern Alaska near the US/Canada border.
