There is a mini earth quake swarm going on right now on the big Island. Most of the quakes appear around the Halemaʻumaʻu crator but not all of them. Webcams show rain blocking clear view of the crator
Chopped tomatoes, chopped serranos, chopped sweet onions, chopped cilantro leaves, lemon juice, S & P to taste, stir and allow to meld for a half hour and eat with tostada “spoons”–good for what ails you.
Karen, that sounds very appealing! I’ll see if it does the trick.
I’m under doctor’s orders at the moment and will only be able to post now and then for the next few days, but things should gradually get back to normal after that. Thanks very much for all the good wishes, both to the kind commenters above and to those who have e-mailed directly. Very much appreciated.

Hope this is nothing too serious Dr. H and that you get well soon!!
Meanwhile to keep you distracted from you troubles the earthquake swarm just south of Taupo is getting interesting:

and

I should add, there is no sign of tremor and Geonet emphasize that such swarms are very common for the area.
Hope you are feeling better Doc

Not really my business, but what Karen suggests sounds fantastic!

Never let doctors order you around! Five years of serious illness have taught me that I know more about my body than they do.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thank you for the good wishes, and the good advice! Fortunately my doctors are both professionally accomplished and tactful.
